To make Masala Maggi, chop the following veggies: 1 large-size Onion, 2 large-size Tomatoes, 2 green chilli, and coriander leaves.
Take 3 Maggi Packets. I took 3 70 gm Maggi packets to make this recipe.
Take a Kadai and heat 3 tbsp oil on medium flame.
Once the oil gets heated, add 1 tsp cumin, chopped green chilli, and chopped onion. Saute them on medium flame until the onion gets soft.
Once the onion gets soft and gets brownish, we will add the chopped tomatoes and ½ tsp salt. Mix well.
Add ¼ cup Fresh Peas(Matar). Mix well. Cover the lid and cook for 5-6 minutes on low flame.
After cooking for 6 minutes, we will check the mixture and add ¼ tsp Turmeric powder and the Maggi Masala from the 3 packets. Mix everything well.
Add 4 cups of water. Mix well. Cover the lid and let the water come to a boil.
Add the Maggi Noodles to the Kadai. Dip them in the gravy and cover the lid to let them cook.
After 2 minutes, remove the lid and flip the Maggi noodles. Cover the lid again and let it cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
After 3 minutes, remove the lid and mix it well. Cover the lid again and cook for 2-3 minutes.
After 3 minutes, remove the lid and see that Masala Maggi is cooked well. Add chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
Now, Serve this amazing and delicious Masala Maggi to your kids
