To make Aamras, take 700 gm of ripe and sweet Mangoes.
Now, we will soften the mangoes using our fingers. Just rub them between your palms and press using your fingers.
Cut off the tip of the mangoes to make a hole.
Now, just squeeze out the mangoes into a bowl using your hands, and the mango pulp will come out.
Add 3 tbsp of powdered sugar to the bowl.
Add ¼ tsp of cardamom powder to the bowl.
Add ½ tsp of saffron strands to the bowl.
Mix well using a hand whisker. Also, scrap the sides.
Refrigerate it for an hour to give it a thicker consistency.
Serve with Poori. Enjoy.
