Take 6 boiled and grated potatoes in a mixing bowl.
Add coriander leaves, chopped green chilli, and chopped mint leaves
Add salt as per taste, black salt, red chilli flakes, cumin powder, and lemon juice. Mix everything together.
Add rice flour and mix well. Prepare a soft dough and leave it for 5 minutes.
Grease your hands with oil. Prepare small potato balls or "tikki", and then flatten it with the help of your hands.
Heat 1 cup oil in a kadai/wok on high flame.
Fry the tikkis on high flame until it turns golden brown.
Fry the tikkis on both sides evenly to make them crispy.
Serve it hot alongside green chutney or tomato ketchup.
