Ingredients
  

  • 6 boiled and grated potato
  • 1/4 cup coriander leaves
  • 3 chopped green chilli
  • 3 tbsp chopped mint leaves
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp black salt
  • 1 tsp red chilli flakes
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup rice flour
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 cup Oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Take 6 boiled and grated potatoes in a mixing bowl.
  • Add coriander leaves, chopped green chilli, and chopped mint leaves
  • Add salt as per taste, black salt, red chilli flakes, cumin powder, and lemon juice. Mix everything together.
  • Add rice flour and mix well. Prepare a soft dough and leave it for 5 minutes.
  • Grease your hands with oil. Prepare small potato balls or "tikki", and then flatten it with the help of your hands.
  • Heat 1 cup oil in a kadai/wok on high flame.
  • Fry the tikkis on high flame until it turns golden brown.
  • Fry the tikkis on both sides evenly to make them crispy.
  • Serve it hot alongside green chutney or tomato ketchup.
