To make the cheesy garlic bread, we first need to make the dough. To make the dough, take a large bowl, add ½ cup lukewarm water, ½ tsp sugar and ½ tsp dry yeast. Mix everything well.
Now, add 1 cup Refined Flour/Maida, 1 tbsp Milk Powder, 1 tbsp Grated Garlic, ½ tsp Mixed Herbs, ½ tsp salt and 1 tbsp Refined Oil.
Mix everything well to prepare a soft dough. The dough should be soft and little sticky. Apply oil and grease the dough with it. Use a cling film/wrapper to wrap the bowl and keep it aside for 2 hours to let it ferment.
Take ½ cup butter in a bowl, add 1 tbsp grated garlic, ½ tsp Mixed Herbs and ½ tsp Chilli Flakes.
Mix everything well to make the garlic butter.
After 2 hours, check the dough, it has fermented well. Knead it well.
Now, Pour some all-purpose-flour dust on a board and roll the dough. Spread the dough in the same size as your baking plate.
Now, pour half of the garlic butter on the dough and spread it well.
Pour Mozzerella cheese, corn, capsicum and chilli flakes on one half side of the dough.
Fold the other half in to cover the stuffing. Make few cuts on the surface of dough with a knife. Apply some of the garlic butter.
Now, we will bake it. Take a Kadai, add salt and heat for 7 minutes on medium flame.
After 7 minutes, keep a stand over the salt, and keep the baking plate over the stand. Close the lid and bake for 20-25 minutes on low to medium flame.
After 25 minutes, open the lid, apply garlic butter on the garlic bread.
Remove the plate and keep the cheesy garlic bread on a board. Cut it into separate pieces.
The delicious chessy garlic bread is ready.
