To make Choco chips at home, take 1/2 cup of dark compound. You can get it from the market at a very reasonable price. You can also use any other dark chocolate of your choice.
Add the dark compound to a piping bag. If you don’t have a piping bag, buy one from a bakery shop or use a milk packet.
Take hot water in a glass or bowl, put the piping bag in it, and let the chocolate melt. This usually takes 5 minutes. It is the easiest way of melting the chocolate. In another way, chocolate melts over the gas, but this one is easier.
In the meantime, take a butter paper and spread it over a tray. Grease it with Desi ghee.
After the chocolate melts, cut the tip of the piping bag.
Now, press and squeeze the chocolate out of the piping bag onto the butter paper. Tip - if you let the chocolate cool down a bit, then it will be easier and the chocolate chips will take a better form.
Put the tray in the refrigerator for 15-30 minutes.
The chocolate chips will cool down and will easily come out.
Homemade Choco chips are ready. For storing the chips, use an airtight container, and store the chocolate chips in the Refrigerator for up to 6 months.
