We will take 1 cup of Frozen corn to make Crispy corn chaat.
Boil it for a minute. After it boils, cook it for a minute. The corn kernels will come up. Turn off the flame and strain to remove the water. We do not need to dry the corn.
Transfer the corn to a mixing bowl. Add ½ tsp salt, 2 tbsp corn flour, and 1 tbsp all-purpose flour. Mix everything well.
Add 1-2 tsp of water and mix well. The corn will be well coated with the mixture.
Take oil for frying in a Kadai. Heat it over a medium flame.
Add all the corn to the Kadai and fry on a low to medium flame. Beware that while frying, the corn may burst and the oil will splash, so either maintain a safe distance or cover it with a lid.
Continue to fry the corn and turn the flame to high—sieve to remove the excess oil once the corn is fried.
Fry the remaining corn in batches and transfer to a bowl.
Add ½ tsp salt, 1 tsp chaat masala, and 1 tsp Red chilli powder. Toss the bowl to mix the spices well.
Finely chop and add the following veggies to the bowl: 1 onion, spring onion, green chilli, coriander leaves, 1 tomato, and lemon juice.
Mix everything well together using a spoon.
The super crispy and super crunchy corn fry is ready.
Enjoy this delicious veg starter snack.
