To make Kasuri Methi, wash fresh Methi leaves 4-5 times to remove any impurities. Pluck the leaves and get rid of the stems.
Now, place and spread the leaves on a dry kitchen towel and use another kitchen towel to dry the leaves.
Once dried, place the leaves on a separate plate and keep them in shade in an airy room for 2 days. It will become dry. You can also microwave it for the same.
For Microwave, just place the dried leaves on a plate that is safe for the microwave and then roast it for 2 minutes. After 2 minutes, flip the leaves and then roast it for 2 minutes.
Here I microwaved it for 5 minutes. As you can see, it has become dry.
