To make the raw mango chutney, take a grinding jar and add 1 peeled and chopped Raw Mango.
Add a handful of Green coriander leaves to the jar.
Add a handful of Mint leaves to the jar.
Add 8 spicy green chillies to the jar.
Add 1 inch of peeled and chopped Ginger to the jar.
Add 8-10 Garlic cloves to the jar.
Add the spices and salt now: 2 tbsp Bhuna Jeera powder, 1 tbsp Black salt, and 1 tsp normal salt.
Add a little bit of water. You can add water as per the chutney's consistency to achieve your desired consistency. Be careful not to add too much water at the start, or the chutney may turn out to be runny.
Grind and blend the ingredients to create a smooth and thick chutney.
Pour the Raw mango chutney into a serving bowl. You can also store it in a glass container and refrigerate it for 5-7 days.
