Indian Raw Mango Chutney Recipe

Indian Mango Chutney Recipe made from Raw Mango

This Indian Mango chutney, also known as Kacche Aam ki Chutney, is a traditional Indian condiment that is made from raw mangoes. It is a spicy chutney recipe that can be eaten with any meal. This Aam ki chutney is a tangy, spicy, and very amazing condiment that goes with any meal or snacks such as parathas, Pakoras, and Samosas. Its refreshing tangy flavor has the perfect balance between the sourness of Raw mangoes and the spiciness of chillies, mint, and coriander. This delicious accompaniment is especially popular during the summer season when raw mangoes are abundantly available. Simple to prepare, it is also very healthy as it is rich in Vitamin C, antioxidants, and fiber, which supports digestion and immunity, besides enhancing every meal that it is served with.
