How To Make High Protein Pizza

1. To make the High Protein Pizza, take 200 g of dry Mung Dal.

2. Soak the Mung Dal overnight or for 4-5 hours. This quantity is enough to make at least 2 Pizzas.

3. After soaking for 4-5 hours, properly wash the Dal 2-3 times.

4. Now, add the Dal to a grinding jar; also add 100 g Curd and a little water.

5. Grind to a paste-like consistency.

6. Transfer it to a large bowl. Add salt to taste, 1 tsp chilli flakes, and 2 tsp Oregano for flavor.

7. Now mix everything well. The batter is ready.

8. Take a non-stick pan, warm it slightly, and grease it with a little Desi ghee.

9. Now, pour half of the batter and spread it evenly in the Pan.

10. Now, as soon as it gets roasted a little, we will flip it to the other side and apply Ghee over it.

11. Now, we will keep flipping and cook the batter until it gets crispy, and our High Protein and Homemade Pizza Base is ready.

Instructions

  • Soak the Mung Dal: Measure 200 g of dry Mung Dal and soak it in water overnight or for at least 4–5 hours (this yield will make two pizza bases).
  • Wash and Rinse: Rinse the soaked Dal thoroughly 2–3 times under running water and drain well.
  • Blend the Batter: Transfer the Dal into a grinding jar, add 100 g curd and a small splash of water, then blend into a smooth paste.
  • Season the Batter: Pour the paste into a large mixing bowl. Add salt to taste, 1 tsp chili flakes, and 2 tsp oregano, then stir well to combine.

  • Add Cheese: Sprinkle 40–50 g of mozzarella cheese over the sauce.

  • Bake: Transfer the assembled pizza to an air fryer and bake for 6–7 minutes, or until the cheese is completely melted and bubbly.
