This Pesarattu Recipe shows the popular and traditional dish from Andhra Pradesh. It is made from Soaked Whole Green Gram or Moong Dal and is served for Breakfast; however, it can also be served as a Snack. It is very similar to Dosa, so it is also known as Green Gram Moong Dal Dosa, but it is normally thicker than Dosa and requires soaking the Dal for a few hours. This healthy and delicious Pesara Dosa for breakfast is enjoyed with Coconut & Peanut chutney or Allam Pachadi alongside Upma.
