Ingredients to make Spring roll sauce
- 3 tbsp schezwan sauce
- 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 1 tbsp red chilli sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp corn flour
How to make Spring Roll chutney (Step-by-step Instructions)
1) Take a saucepan.
2) Add 3 tbsp schezwan sauce, 2 tbsp tomato ketchup, 1 tbsp red chilli sauce, 1 tsp sugar, and 1/2 tsp salt. Turn on the flame. Mix and cook the mixture on low flame.
3) Add 2 tbsp of water to the mixture. Mix well
4) Add 1/2 cup more water to the mixture.
5) Make a mixture of 1 tsp of corn flour and 2 tsp of water separately and add it to the pan.
6) Mix well and cook for 4 minutes on low to medium flame. The mixture will get thicker.
7) Turn off the flame. Let it cool and keep it aside for 2 hours to make the mixture thicker. Serve it with spring rolls. Enjoy.

Ingredients

- Add schezwan sauce in a pan
- Add tomato ketchup
- Add red chilli sauce
- Add sugar
- Add salt
- Turn on the flame and cook the mixture on low flame
- Add 2 tbsp water and mix well
- Add 1/2 cup water
- Make a mixture of cornflour and 2 tsp of water and pour it in the pan.
- Mix well and cook on low to medium flame for 3-4 minutes.
- Let it cool for two hours to make it thick.
