This delicious Garlic and Tomato Chutney is made using Roasted Tomatoes, Garlic, Onion, Green chilli, and salt. It makes the taste of any snack great and the smoky flavor of the Roasted tomato chutney makes it even more tempting. You can also serve it with Roti, and Rice when you don’t feel like making any Sabzi. This spicy Garlic Tomato Chutney is a very flavorful and very delicious Chutney condiment that is made in India as a side dish or even as a Salad. It is made by directly burning the tomatoes on the flame which gives it a smoky flavor and makes it unique.

Garlic and Tomato Chutney Recipe Video
Tamatar Lehsun Chutney Ingredients
- 2 Medium Tomatoes
- salt to taste
- Onion
- Garlic
- Green Chilli
- Coriander leaves
- 1 tsp Mustard Oil
How To Make Tamatar Lehsun Ki Chutney
1. Take 2 medium to large-sized tomatoes. Wash them properly.
2. Place the tomatoes on a strainer. Turn on the gas and start roasting the tomatoes on low flame.
3. Roast the tomatoes from all sides by turning the flame high and low.
4. Please turn off the flame once it is properly roasted.
5. Once it has cooled down a bit, remove the roasted layer. Do not wash it.
6. Now, peel the outer layer of the tomatoes.
7. Cut the tomatoes into small pieces.
8. Add salt to taste, chopped onion, garlic, green chilli, and coriander leaves.
9. Mash everything well using a potato masher or your hands. Add 1 tsp Mustard oil. Mix well.
10. The spicy and tangy Tomato Garlic chutney from roasted tomato is ready.
You can serve it with Roti and Rice.

- 1 tbsp Garlic
- 3 Green Chilli
- 2 tbsp Coriander leaves
- 1 tsp Mustard Oil
Instructions
- Take 2 medium to large-sized tomatoes. Wash them properly.

- Please turn off the flame once it is properly roasted.

- Add salt to taste, chopped onion, garlic, green chilli, and coriander leaves.
- Mash everything well using a potato masher or your hands. Add 1 tsp Mustard oil. Mix well.
