In this Dhaniya Tamatar Chutney Recipe, you will learn to make the spicy Coriander and Tomato Chutney that is so delicious and so flavorful that it will enhance the taste of any snack like Samosa, Pakoda, and Kachori. This spicy chutney is made with coriander, tomato, ginger, garlic, cumin, and salt. It is very easy and quick to make as it only takes 5 minutes. This is spicy and thicker and is also used as a spread for burgers and sandwiches. This can also be stored for 15 days. Dhaniya Tamatar Chutney Recipe Ingredients
- 1 cup coriander leaves
- 7-8 green chilli
- 7-8 garlic cloves
- ½ inch ginger
- 1 medium-sized tomato
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black salt
- 1-2 tbsp water
How To Make Dhaniya Tamatar Chutney Recipe
1. Take a grinding jar. Add 1 cup coriander leaves. Properly wash the leaves before adding them to the jar.
2. Add 7-8 green chilli after cutting off the stems.
3. Add 7-8 garlic cloves after peeling off the outer layer.
4. Add ½ inch ginger and 1 medium-sized tomato. (Cut them into pieces).
5. Add 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp salt, and ¼ tsp black salt.
6. Add 1-2 tbsp water and close the lid of the jar.
7. Grind to make the chutney.
8. You can store it for 15 days. Just keep it in an airtight container and put it in the freezer.
Serve this spicy chutney with your favorite snacks.
