This Pani Puri Recipe is also known as Golgappa or Puchka in different parts of the country. It is the most famous street food in India. It is a crispy, hollow ball(Puri) made from Suji and Maida. It is served with Masala and spicy water. It has been the favorite snack of many including me since childhood as it is so flavorful. Making the crispy Puri or Suji Ke Golgappe, and the spicy and tangy Pani at home is very easy and will give you the same taste and flavor that you get from street stalls.
