Take ½ cup of Suji(Semolina) in a mixing bowl. The Suji is the same as that of making Suji Halwa. Add 2 tbsp Maida (Refined flour). Mix well.
Add ¼ cup of warm water. Mix using a spoon.
Once it cools down, knead for 3-4 minutes using your hands to make a soft dough.
Cover it and let it rest for half an hour.
After half an hour, knead it for 2-3 minutes. Make small Pedas from the dough.
Now, roll it between your hands to give them a ball-like shape.
Dust it with Maida so that the balls don’t get stuck to each other.
Roll it with the rolling pin and board and start placing it on a small towel.
Similarly, roll all the Pani puri and place it on the towel.
Heat oil for frying the Pani Puri. Fry the Pani Puri on medium flame.
Take them out and place them on tissue paper.
