Chia Lemon Water | Lemon Chia Seed Drink

Make this amazing and easiest Lemon Chia Seed health drink at home. Chia lemon water—also known as lemon and Chia water, chia seed Nimbu Pani, or lemon water with chia seeds—has become a popular health drink as it combines hydration, nutrients, and detoxifying in a single drink. This simple beverage contains two natural ingredients that have a lot of health benefits: fresh lemon juice and chia seeds. Whether you’re starting your morning or looking for an afternoon energy boost, this drink will become your favorite as it is so easy to make while being so healthy. For extra flavor, I’ve added Mint leaves, sweetener, and Black salt to the drink. In this post, we will take a look at how to make this amazing healthy drink at home and also talk about its health benefits.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 2 tbsp Powdered Sugar/Honey
  • 1/2 tsp Black salt
  • Chopped Mint Leaves
  • Lemon Juice
  • Lemon Slices
  • Optional – For decoration, you will need sugar, salt, and Red chilli Powder

How To Make Lemon and Chia Water

1. We will take 1 tbsp of Chia seeds in a bowl to make Lemonade.

2. Pour water, cover, and soak the chia seeds for 15-20 minutes.

3. After 15-20 minutes, check the Chia seeds; it has absorbed and swelled. Keep it aside.

4. Optional – Mix and spread sugar, salt, and Red chilli powder on a plate to decorate the glass. Apply lemon juice on the edges of the glass and dip the glass in the mixture to coat the edges.

5. Add 1 tbsp of powdered sugar or Honey to make it completely healthy in both glasses. Here, I’m making the chia lemon water for 2 people, you can adjust the quantity as per your serving sizes.

6. Add 1/4 tsp of Black salt in the glasses.

7. Add chopped Mint leaves to the glasses.

8. Add 2 lemon slices to the glasses.

9. Add the soaked Chia seeds to the glasses.

10. Add 2 tbsp of fresh-squeezed lemon juice.

11. Add ice cubes and fill with chilled water.

12. Garnish with mint leaves and, lemon slice.
