Today, I’ll share a recipe for another amazing Indian Flatbread recipe – Butter Tandoori Roti on a Tawa/Pan. Tandoori Roti is a very popular and famous side dish that is served with spicy and tasty Paneer Gravy dishes, Dal, and Salad in Restaurants all over the world. This tandoori roti with butter is made with wheat flour, curd, and butter with sugar, salt, and baking powder. Making this tandoori roti with butter not only gives it a unique flavor but also makes it very delicious. In this recipe, I’ve shown how to make the roti without using a Tandoor or oven so if you do not have a Tandoor, this method will be highly useful for you as you will see that making the roti over direct flame is super easy. Tandoori Roti is super crispy, super soft, and super tasty and I usually prefer making them over normal Plain Roti.
