In this Egg Burger Recipe, I’ll share an easy method to make a delicious Egg Cheese Burger or “Anda Burger” at home with minimum ingredients. Egg Cheeseburger is delicious and one of the easiest Burger Recipe. I’ve shown an easy method to make the Egg Tikki to make the Burger which does not require frying. I’ve also shared the method of making a very delicious Burger Sauce in this recipe. I’m sure that your kids will love this Burger as it is different than the normal Veg Aloo Tikki Burger and also healthier. Serve this delicious burger with tomato ketchup and crispy French Fries.

Egg Burger Recipe Ingredients
For Making Egg Tikki
- 2 Eggs
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper powder
- chilli flakes
For Making Burger Sauce
- 4 tbsp plain mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
Chopped Veggies: Tomatoes, Onions, and Lettuce
Seasonings: 1 pinch salt, 1 pinch black pepper powder, and 1 pinch Chilli flakes
2 tbsp butter for roasting Burgers

How To Make Egg Cheese Burger Recipe
1. Take a small steel bowl. Ensure that the bowl is not greater than the size of the burger buns. Grease it with oil.
2. Crack open two Eggs. Pour the content of one Egg into the bowl and only the white part of the other. Add 1 pinch salt, 1 pinch black pepper powder, and Chilli flakes.
3. Heat water in a Pan. Place the bowl in the Pan. Cover the Lid. Let it cook on low to medium flame for 8-10 minutes.
4. In the meantime, take 3-4 tbsp plain mayonnaise, and 2 tbsp tomato ketchup. Mix well.
5. The delicious burger chutney is ready. Keep it aside.
6. Take 2 Burger Buns and cut them from the middle. Keep them aside.
7. Chop and prepare the following veggies: Tomatoes, Onions, and Lettuce.
8. The Egg Tikki is also cooked now. Take the bowl out and let it cool down for a bit.
9. Take the Egg Tikki out from the bowl and keep it aside.
10. Heat a Pan. Add 2 tbsp butter and spread it. Roast the burger bun in the butter.
11. Let’s prepare the Burger now. First, spread the sauce.
12. Place the Lettuce, tomatoes, and onions.
13. Sprinkle the following seasonings: 1 pinch salt, 1 pinch black pepper powder, and 1 pinch Chilli flake.
14. Place a cheese slice and the Egg Tikki on the Burger buns.
Place the bun with cheese slice over the Egg Tikki. The delicious Egg Cheese Burger or Anda Burger is ready. Serve with ketchup and Enjoy.
