Amla or Gooseberry is a very nutritious fruit and is the highest source of Vitamin C which is very useful as it has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. This helps in immune function, is good for skin and hair, and also helps with heart disease, and cancer.
It is also being used in Indian Ayurveda due to its medicinal properties as it is also good for kidney, liver, and digestion.

Amla Juice Recipe Ingredients
- 2 Medium Sized Guavas
- Curry Leaves
- 8 Whole Black Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Cumin
- Black salt as per taste
- 1.5 Cup Water
How To Make Amla Juice
1. To make Amla Juice, properly wash two medium-sized fresh Gooseberries. Chop them into small pieces and add them to a grinding jar.

2. Next, add a few Curry Leaves to the jar.

3. Next, add 7-8 Whole Black Pepper to the jar.

4. Next, add ¼ tsp Jeera.

5. Next, add black salt as per taste.

6. Finally, add water to the jar. I have added 1.5 cups of water.

7. Blend to a fine mixture.

8. Next, we have to sieve the mixture into a glass.

9. Press the leftovers to get the Amla Juice into the glass.

10. Serve and Enjoy.
