Egg Fried Rice Ingredients
For Bhurji
- 4 Eggs
- 2 tsp oil to make Bhurji
- 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
For Veggies
- 1 cup cabbage
- 1 onion
- 1 tbsp garlic
- 1-inch ginger.
- ½ capsicum
- 1 carrot
- 3 green chilli
- spring onion
For Making Fried Rice
- 2-3 tbsp oil
- salt to taste
- 1 tsp black pepper powder
- 1.5 cups of Steamed Rice.
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp Schezwan Sauce
How To Make Egg Fried Rice
1. To make Egg Fried Rice, we need to first make simple Egg Bhurji so take 4 eggs. Keep them aside.
2. Heat 2 tsp oil in a Kadai. As soon as the oil is heated, add the eggs.
3. Add ¼ tsp black pepper powder and ½ tsp salt.
4. Mix everything well. Cook on medium to high flame.
5. The simple Egg Bhurji is ready.
6. Keep it aside on a plate.
7. Chop the following veggies: 1 cup cabbage, 1 onion, 1 tbsp garlic, and 1 inch ginger.
8. Also, chop the other veggies like ½ capsicum, 1 carrot, 3 green chilli, and spring onion. Keep the chopped veggies aside.
9. Heat 2-3 tbsp oil in a kadai. Add the chopped ginger and garlic. Saute for 10 seconds.
10. Add the chopped cabbage, onion, capsicum, carrot, and green chilli. Stir and mix well. Cook on high flame for 1 minute.
11. After 1 minute, add the chopped spring onion.
12. Add salt to taste and 1 tsp black pepper powder. Mix well and cook for 30 seconds.
13. Add 1.5 cups of Steamed Rice.
14. Add 1 tsp soy sauce and spring onion.
15. Mix well and add the Egg Bhurji. Cook on low to medium flame.
16. Add 1 tsp Schezwan Sauce. Mix well.
17. The Egg Fried Rice is ready now.
18. Garnish with some spring onion. Serve it hot & Enjoy.
