- Take 2 medium to large-sized tomatoes. Wash them properly. 
- Place the tomatoes on a strainer. Turn on the gas and start roasting the tomatoes on low flame. 
- Roast the tomatoes from all sides by simultaneously turning the flame high and low. 
- Please turn off the flame once it is properly roasted. 
- Once it has cooled down a bit, remove the roasted layer. Do not wash it. 
- Now, peel the outer layer of the tomatoes. 
- Cut the tomatoes into small pieces. 
- Add salt to taste, chopped onion, garlic, green chilli, and coriander leaves. 
- Mash everything well using a potato masher or your hands. Add 1 tsp Mustard oil. Mix well. 
- The spicy and tangy chutney from roasted tomato is ready.
