Take 2 medium to large-sized tomatoes. Wash them properly.
Place the tomatoes on a strainer. Turn on the gas and start roasting the tomatoes on low flame.
Roast the tomatoes from all sides by simultaneously turning the flame high and low.
Please turn off the flame once it is properly roasted.
Once it has cooled down a bit, remove the roasted layer. Do not wash it.
Now, peel the outer layer of the tomatoes.
Cut the tomatoes into small pieces.
Add salt to taste, chopped onion, garlic, green chilli, and coriander leaves.
Mash everything well using a potato masher or your hands. Add 1 tsp Mustard oil. Mix well.
The spicy and tangy chutney from roasted tomato is ready.
