Spring Roll Chutney Recipe

Spring roll chutney adds an extra flavor to the spring roll- one of our favorite snacks.

- 3 tbsp schezwan sauce
- 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 1 tbsp red chilli sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp corn flour
Add schezwan sauce in a pan
Add tomato ketchup
Add red chilli sauce
Add sugar
Add salt
Turn on the flame and cook the mixture on low flame
Add 2 tbsp water and mix well
Add 1/2 cup water
Make a mixture of cornflour and 2 tsp of water and pour it in the pan.
Mix well and cook on low to medium flame for 3-4 minutes.
Let it cool for two hours to make it thick.
