Spring Roll Chutney Recipe

Spring roll chutney adds an extra flavor to the spring roll- one of our favorite snacks.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 tbsp schezwan sauce
  • 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 1 tbsp red chilli sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp corn flour

Instructions
 

  • Add schezwan sauce in a pan
  • Add tomato ketchup
  • Add red chilli sauce
  • Add sugar
  • Add salt
  • Turn on the flame and cook the mixture on low flame
  • Add 2 tbsp water and mix well
  • Add 1/2 cup water
  • Make a mixture of cornflour and 2 tsp of water and pour it in the pan.
  • Mix well and cook on low to medium flame for 3-4 minutes.
  • Let it cool for two hours to make it thick.
