Take a small bowl. Add ¼ cup warm water, 1 tsp sugar and 1 tsp yeast. Mix it well. Cover the lid, keep it aside for 15 minutes and wait for yeast to ferment.
After 15 minutes, you can remove the lid and check that the yeast has fermented. Keep it aside.
Let’s move to making the dough. In a large mixing bowl, take 1.5 cup Maida(Refined Flour), and ½ tsp salt. Mix it well. Add the fermented yeast mixture to the bowl. Mix it well. I’m making a large size Pizza for 4 people. If you want to make a medium size, use 1 cup of Refined flour instead.
Add warm water as required to prepare a smooth dough. When the dough is ready, add 1 tsp butter. Mix it well with the dough.
Pour 1 tsp of oil into the dough. Cover the bowl with a cling film and keep it aside for 2 hours.
In the meantime, coat 100 gm of paneer with 1 tbsp of Tandoori Mayonnaise.
Chop the following veggies for the topping: 1 chopped capsicum, 1 chopped onion, ½ chopped tomato, and some corn. You can use the other veggies as well as your choice.
Once 2 hours have passed, check the dough. You can see that the size of the dough has doubled. Punch the dough and knead it well.
Dust some Refined flour on a rolling board. Place the dough on it. Pour some flour over the dough.
Using a rolling pin and your hands, spread the dough. Keep the size as per the size of your baking plate.
Take a Kadai/Pan. Add salt and cover the lid. Let it heat for 7-8 minutes on medium flame.
Take the baking plate. Grease it with butter. Place the dough on it. Use a Fork to make holes in the dough.
Spread Pizza Sauce on the dough.
Spread Mozzarella Cheese on the dough.
Now, place the veggies and Paneer on the dough. You can use toppings as per your liking. Place more cheese. Pour Chilli Flakes and Oregano.
Place a stand over the salt in the Kadai and place the Pizza plate on it. Cover the lid and let it bake for 20 minutes on medium flame.
After 20 minutes, remove the lid and check the Pizza.
Remove the Pizza plate from the Kadai and place it over a board.
