To make Mango Kulfi at home, take a blender and add 1 cup of Whipped Cream.
Next, add 3/4 cup of Milkmaid to the jar. You can check my Homemade Milkmaid recipe to make it even healthier and creamier.
Next, add 1 cup of pulp of sweet mangoes, as we are not going to use any extra sugar.
Blend everything to make a smooth and creamy paste as a base for our Mango kulfi Icecream.
Next, take a glass, put a piping bag in it, and fill it up with the base.
Pour the base into Kulfi Moulds. You can set them in any shape by freezing the base in an airtight container or a Matka; the choice is yours.
After filling the Moulds, tap to settle the thick creamy base, and insert the bamboo stick.
Freeze overnight to set the ice cream.
To de-mould them, you can dip the mould in water for 2-3 seconds. Rub between your palms, and they will come out easily.
The delicious and creamy Mango Kulfi is ready.
