In this summer season, we crave for 2 things most: Mangoes and Kulfi, so here I am bringing both of them in 1 in the form of delicious Mango Kulfi. This Mango Kulfi recipe is made in 2 super easy methods:
- Method 1 (Desi & Classic): Ripe mangoes, Milk, Homemade Malai, and your choice of sugar.
- Method 2 (Instant Premium): Whipped cream, milkmaid (condensed milk), and mango pulp
Mango Kulfi is the ultimate summer comfort food. While traditional kulfi demands hours of patient milk-simmering to get that perfect rabri texture, this recipe is a total game-changer. You can whip up this creamy, delicious dessert in just 5 minutes with absolutely zero cooking!
This mango kulfi is perfect for kids, mango lovers, and sudden sweet cravings. Let’s dive into the recipe!
What’s Mango Kulfi
Mango kulfi is a variant of Kulfi that is made quickly, and instead of using condensed milk, Rabri, and mawa, I’ll show you a quick and easy method to make Mango kulfi in a blender using boiled cold milk, cream, and sugar. It is different from Mango Ice cream as Ice cream is softer and lighter in texture and simply melts in the mouth, whereas mango kulfi is denser. For this recipe, you can use any sweet, readily available mango variety, such as Kesar, Dasheri, Langra, or Alphonso. For extra flavor, you can also add cardamom powder or skip it altogether.
I’ve also shared Rasmalai Kulfi, Malai Kulfi, and a Simple Kulfi Recipe without condensed milk, which is so creamy and delicious and gives you that melt-in-the-mouth feel. Also, check out my other Kulfi Recipes such as Kesar Pista Kulfi and Mawa Kulfi.
