To make Mix veg Pakoda, we will need to chop and prepare the following veggies: 2 cups of chopped cauliflower, 3 chopped onion, 1 chopped potato, 3 chopped green chilli, ½ cup chopped coriander leaves, and ½ cup chopped spinach.
Take a large mixing bowl and add all the veggies into it.
Add 2 cups of Besan (Gram Flour), 2 tsp cumin, salt to taste, ½ tsp Red chilli powder, and ¼ tsp Turmeric powder. Mix well.
Mix well and Mash it well with your hands so that the water in the vegetables gets mixed with the mixture. Add 2 tbsp of water and mix it well. Add 1 tbsp of lemon juice. Mix it well and the mixture is ready now.
Heat oil in a Kadai to fry the pakoda. Take a big spoonful of mixture in your hand. Press and prepare a small ball-like shape and add the Kadai for frying on medium to high flame.
Fry until the Pakoda gets crispy and gets a nice golden brown color.
Take the Pakoda out of Kadai using a Strainer.
Fry the other Veg Pakoda in the same manner.
Serve with spicy green chutney and tomato ketchup. Enjoy.
