Mix Veg Pakora: Vegetable Pakora Recipe

Make a very crisp and delicious snack in this Winter season with this Vegetable Pakora Recipe. The Mix Veg Pakora or Mix Vegetables Pakoda is a very crispy and very easy-to-make snack that is ready in a few minutes and requires very few ingredients like mixed vegetables, herbs & spices, and besan is used to bind the mixture. The crispy and crunchy Pakora is served as an appetizer or starter with spicy Green Chutney and hot Tea and is the perfect evening snack to make when you are going to have guests at home.

Mix Veg Pakora Ingredients

  • 2 cup chopped cauliflower
  • 3 chopped onion
  • 1 chopped potato
  • 3 chopped green chilli
  • ½ cup chopped coriander leaves
  • ½ cup chopped spinach
  • 2 cups of Besan (Gram Flour)
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • salt to taste
  • ½ tsp Red chilli powder
  • ¼ tsp Turmeric powder
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • Oil for Frying

How To Make Mix Veg Pakora

1. To make Mix veg Pakoda, we will need to chop and prepare the following veggies: 2 cups of chopped cauliflower, 3 chopped onion, 1 chopped potato, 3 chopped green chilli, ½ cup chopped coriander leaves, and ½ cup chopped spinach.

2. Take a large mixing bowl and add all the veggies into it.

3. Add 2 cups of Besan (Gram Flour), 2 tsp cumin, salt to taste, ½ tsp Red chilli powder, and ¼ tsp Turmeric powder. Mix well.

Add Besan & Spices

4. Mix well and Mash it well with your hands so that the water in the vegetables gets mixed with the mixture. Add 2 tbsp of water and mix it well. Add 1 tbsp of lemon juice. Mix it well and the mixture is ready now.

5. Heat oil in a Kadai to fry the Pakoda. Take a big spoonful of mixture in your hand. Press and prepare a small ball-like shape and add the Kadai for frying on medium to high flame.

6. Fry until the Pakoda gets crispy and a nice golden brown color.

7. Take the Pakoda out of Kadai using a Strainer.
