To make Vegetable Mix Salad at home, take a large bowl and add 2 cups of finely chopped cabbage.
Next, add 1 cup of chopped green capsicum. You can take other colors of capsicum as well.
Next, add 1 cup of chopped Gajar.
Add finely chopped Kheera. You can also add other vegetables such as Broccoli and mushrooms.
Add finely chopped Onion and Tomato(remove the seeds).
Add some chopped green coriander leaves and the following spices: salt to taste, Kali Mirch Powder, red chilli flakes, 2 tsp Mixed Herbs, and lemon juice.
Add 3 tbsp of Curd to the bowl. Add only fresh curd.
Mix everything well and then keep it in the refrigerator for 1/2 to 1 hour.
Now, serve it. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and herbs.
