Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup chopped Cabbage
  • 1 cup chopped Green Capsicum
  • 1 cup chopped Gajar
  • 1 chopped Kheera/Broccoli/Mushrooms
  • 1 chopped Onion
  • 1 chopped Tomato
  • 2 tbsp Chopped coriander leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Kali Mirch Powder
  • 1 tsp Red chilli flakes
  • 2 tsp Mixed Herbs
  • Lemon Juice
  • 3 tbsp Fresh Curd

Instructions
 

  • To make Vegetable Mix Salad at home, take a large bowl and add 2 cups of finely chopped cabbage.
  • Next, add 1 cup of chopped green capsicum. You can take other colors of capsicum as well.
  • Next, add 1 cup of chopped Gajar.
  • Add finely chopped Kheera. You can also add other vegetables such as Broccoli and mushrooms.
  • Add finely chopped Onion and Tomato(remove the seeds).
  • Add some chopped green coriander leaves and the following spices: salt to taste, Kali Mirch Powder, red chilli flakes, 2 tsp Mixed Herbs, and lemon juice.
  • Add 3 tbsp of Curd to the bowl. Add only fresh curd.
  • Mix everything well and then keep it in the refrigerator for 1/2 to 1 hour.
  • Now, serve it. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and herbs.
  • Enjoy!
