Vegetable Salad Ingredients
- 2 cup chopped Cabbage
- 1 cup chopped Green Capsicum
- 1 cup chopped Gajar
- 1 chopped Kheera/Broccoli/Mushrooms
- 1 chopped Onion
- 1 chopped Tomato
- Chopped coriander leaves
- Salt to taste
- Kali Mirch Powder
- Red chilli flakes
- 2 tsp Mixed Herbs
- Lemon Juice
- 3 tbsp Fresh Curd
How To Make Mixed Vegetable Salad
1. To make Vegetable Mix Salad at home, take a large bowl and add 2 cups of finely chopped cabbage.

2. Next, add 1 cup of chopped green capsicum. You can take other colors of capsicum as well.

3. Next, add 1 cup of chopped Gajar.

4. Add finely chopped Kheera. You can also add other vegetables such as Broccoli and mushrooms.

5. Add finely chopped Onion.

6. Add chopped Tomato(remove the seeds).

7. Add some chopped green coriander leaves and the following spices: salt to taste, Kali Mirch Powder, red chilli flakes, 2 tsp Mixed Herbs, and lemon juice.

8. Add 3 tbsp of Curd to the bowl. Add only fresh curd. You can make it at home by following my homemade curd recipe.

9. Mix everything well and then keep it in the refrigerator for 1/2 to 1 hour.

10. Now, serve it. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and herbs.
