Heat oil in a kadhai/wok
Add cumin, chopped nion and saute on low flame until onion turns golden.
Add chopped green chilli, grated ginger garlic and mix well.
Add the chopped tomatoes and cover the lid to let it cook. Stir in between.
After 5-7 minutes, add tumeric powder, salt, kasuri methi, coriander powder, garam masala powder, red chilli powder.
Add desi ghee and gram flour and saute on low flame. Mix well
Cover the lid for 4-5 minutes.
Add paneer and mix well.
Add water and chopped coriander leaves. Mix well.
Cover the lid for 3 minutes and cook on low flame.
Close the lid for 5 more minutes. Serve it with rotis or pav.
