Simple Avocado Toast Recipe Indian Style

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Avocados
  • 1 tsp crushed Black pepper
  • salt to taste.
  • 1 medium-sized chopped tomato
  • chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Medium-sized bread loaves
  • Butter/Ghee
  • Red chilli flakes and Sesame seeds

Instructions
 

  • To make Avocado Toast, we will take 2 Avocados. Avocados that are slightly darker in color are better.
  • Cut the Avocados and remove the seeds
  • Scoop out the pulp of the Avocados onto a plate using a spoon.
  • The avocado pulp is very easy to take out.
  • Mash the pulp with a fork.
  • Add 1 tsp crushed Black pepper.
  • Add salt to taste.
  • Add 1 medium-sized chopped tomato, chopped coriander leaves, and 1 tbsp lemon juice. Mix everything well.
  • The Avocado mix is ready. Keep it aside for now.
  • Take medium-sized bread loaves. I’m using whole wheat multigrain bread here. Avoid bread that contains Maida and Palm oil.
  • Take a Pan. Brush with butter or Ghee. Slightly toast the loaves on a low to medium flame.
  • Similarly, toast all the bread loaves.
  • Apply the Avocado mix on the bread loaves.
  • Cut in any shape you desire.
  • Sprinkle red chilli flakes and sesame seeds.
  • The healthy Avocado Toast for breakfast is ready now. Enjoy!
