Heat oil in a kadai/wok. Spread it evenly.
Add chopped green chilli, grated carrot, grated ginger, chopped onion. Mix well and cook on medium flame for 1 minute.
Add 3 cups of water, salt, cumin powder, black pepper powder, red chilli flakes. Mix well.
Add suji(semolina). Cook on low flame.
Once the desired consistency is reached and semolina absorbs the water, turn off the flame.
Add boiled and grated potato. chopped coriander leaves, corn flour or rice flour. Mix well.
Transfer it to a mixing bowl to let it cool and mix it well.
Grease hands with oil and prepare small tikki.
Heat oil in a kadai on high flame or use air fryer. Fry tikki on high flame. Flip it once the bottom side gets fried or it turns golden brown in color.
Serve it with green chutney and tomato ketchup. Enjoy
