- 2 cup cooked rice
- 4 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 chopped green chilli
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 chopped tomato
- salt to taste
- 1.5 cup fresh peas(matar)
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- Coriander leaves
Take 2 cup cooked rice
Heat oil in a pan
Add cumin, chopped green chilli, chopped onion and saute it.
Add chopped tomato and salt as per taste.
Add fresh peas and cover the lid. Cook it for 3-4 minutes.Remove the lod to stir the mixture and check if the peas and tomato has become soft or else cover and cook for 2 more minutes.
Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
Add rice and mix well.
Serve it hot.
