Take 1 liter of water in a large steel bowl. Add 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp oil. Boil it on high flame.
Once the water comes to a boil, add 1.5 cups of Pasta to the bowl. Let the Pasta cook on high flame.
Mix and Stir the Pasta continuously until the Pasta gets cooked 90%.
Now, strain the water through a sieve. Keep the Pasta aside for now.
Let’s make the white sauce for Pasta now. Take a Pan and add 2 tbsp butter. Stir and let the butter melt. Add 2 tbsp of Maida(Refined Flour), and roast the Maida on low flame. The Maida will change to golden brown and fill the air with its aroma.
Gradually add 1.5 cups of milk and mix it well with the Maida. Stir continuously and make a lump-free mixture.
Add ¼ cup of Mozzarella Cheese,1 tsp Red Chilli Flakes, and 1 tsp Mixed Herbs.
Mix well. The White Sauce is ready. Turn off the flame and keep the mixture aside.
I’ve already chopped the following veggies: Capsicum, carrot, Onion, Corn and Garlic. Keep them aside.
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a Pan. When the oil is heated, add the chopped garlic. Cook it for half a minute. After half a minute, add the rest of the chopped veggies.
Cook the veggies on low to medium flame for 2 minutes. Add salt as per taste.
Add Red Chilli flakes and mixed herbs. Mix everything well.
Add the White Sauce mixture. Stir and mix it well on low flame.
Add the boiled Pasta. Mix and Stir well. We only have to cook it for a minute now.
Add Mozzarella Cheese. This is Optional. Mix well. After cooking for a minute, the White Sauce Pasta is ready. Garnish with Chili flakes.
