You can enjoy it in the evening along with crispy snacks such as Tikki, and Kachori. The Elaichi Chai is made with milk, tea leaves, sugar, and green cardamom. It is so flavorful and can be made in different varieties.

Cardamom Tea Recipe Ingredients
- 1.5 cup milk – Use full-fat milk for a creamy consistency
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tbsp Tea Leaves
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 3 Whole Green Cardamom
How To Make Cardamom Tea
1. Take a small tea pan. Add 1.5 cups of full-fat milk.
2. Also, add ½ cup of water to the pan.
3. Put the pan on the gas and turn on the flame. Add 1 tbsp of tea leaves.
4. Add 2 tbsp of Sugar. You can skip sugar and add any sweetener you prefer.
5. Take 3 whole Green Cardamom and add to a mortar.
6. Now, crush it gently with a Pestle. You can alternatively add ½ tsp Green Cardamom powder if you don’t have the whole cardamom.
7. Add the powder to the pan and mix with a spoon. Green Cardamom gives the tea an aromatic flavor.
8. Let it cook until a boil.
9. After a boil comes, turn the flame to low to medium and let the tea cook for 5 minutes.
10. The tea has been cooked and is of a nice color. Turn off the flame.
11. Strain into a normal teacup or in a Kulhad.
12. Serve with Cookies, Rusk and Namkeen.
