About Pav Bhaji
The bhaji is made using mashed vegetables, like carrots, potatoes, onions, tomatoes, and peas, and spices like cumin, coriander, turmeric, red chili powder, and most importantly, Pav Bhaji masala. It is garnished with lemon, onions, and coriander leaves, and also uses a good amount of butter. The pav is made by toasting it in the bhaji masala, which enhances the flavor and makes it so tasty. In this recipe, I’ll also use corn and show you how to make the best pav bhaji in a cooker. You can also make Pav bhaji in a different style with this Masala Pav Recipe.
