This easy breakfast recipe is made with oats and a lot of veggies, making it not only healthy but also a good source of nutrition to start your morning. This vegetable masala oats is a perfect breakfast, made with rolled oats, spices, and lots of veggies, and it makes a delicious dish that can be served on its own for breakfast or with Curd or Yogurt for lunch. Instead of getting Masala Oats from the market, which are filled with preservatives, you can try to make this at home in under 20 minutes.

Masala Oats Ingredients
- 1/4 cup of beans
- 1/4 cup of corn
- 1/4 cup of carrots
- 1/4 cup of capsicum
- 1/4 cup of peas
- 2 chopped green chilli
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 2 tbsp of Oil
- 1 tsp Jeera
- 3 medium-sized tomatoes
- 1 tsp Dhaniya powder
- 1 tsp Haldi powder
- 1 cup of Rolled Oats
- 3 cups of Water
- Chopped Coriander Leaves
- 1/2 Lemon Juice
How To Make Masala Oats
1. To make Masala oats for breakfast, heat a Pan. Chop the veggies as per your choice. Here, I properly washed & took 1/4 cup of beans, corn, carrot, capsicum, peas, 2 chopped green chilli, and 1/2 cup chopped onions.

2. Here, as soon as the Pan gets heated, add 2 tbsp of Oil, and then add 1 tsp Jeera.

3. First, we will add the Onions to the Pan. We need to cook the onions for a few minutes, until they become translucent, and not golden brown or light brown.

4. Next, we will chop and add 3 medium-sized tomatoes to the Pan. Mix well.

5. Add salt to taste. We will cook the tomatoes for a few minutes until they become soft.

6. Next, add all the chopped veggies to the Pan. Stir and mix well.

7. Now, cover the lid, and cook for a few minutes on a low flame.

8. After a few minutes, remove the lid, mix, and add 1 tsp Dhaniya powder and 1 tsp Haldi powder.

9. After mixing, we will again cover the lid, cook for a minute on a low flame.

10. Next, add 1 cup of Rolled Oats.

11. Mix well.

12. After mixing, add 3 cups of water to the Pan.

13. Mix once, and then cover with a lid, and cook on a high flame until a boil comes.

14. When the boil comes, remove the lid, and cook for a few minutes on a medium flame.

15. Add chopped Green coriander leaves. Mix well.

16. The Masala Oats are ready now. Turn off the flame now, and add 1/2 lemon juice.

17. You can check the texture and consistency of the Masala Oats.

18. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.

Serve the Masala oats. Enjoy!
