This Baby Corn Stir Fry is one of the simple Baby Corn Recipes, and one of the easiest healthy snack recipes that you can make at home in just 15 minutes. Baby corn is one of my favorite vegetables, and I love to make various. Dishes with Baby corn as it can be used in a variety of dishes, such as an Appetizer or a side dish dipped with various sauces. This Stir Fry Baby Corn is not only very easy to make, but also tastes very delicious and flavorful with minimal ingredients and spices.

Baby Corn Stir Fry Ingredients

  • 250 g of baby corn
  • 1 liter of water
  • 1.5 tsp of salt
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 onion
  • 1 capsicum
  • 1 tomato
  • 2-3 green chilli as per preference
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp Chaat Masala
  • 1 tsp Soya Sauce
  • 1 tsp Tomato Ketchup
  • Coriander Leaves/Spring Onion for Garnish

How To Make Stir-Fry Baby Corn

1. To make Baby Corn fry, first, we need baby corn. You can easily get them from the market near you. Here, I’ve taken 250 g of baby corn.

2. We will wash it first, so take water in a large bowl, and clean the baby corn in it to wash off any dirt and impurities.

3. Place the baby corn on a board, and chop it into small or medium-sized pieces as per your preference.

4. Take 1 liter of water in a saucepan, add 1 tsp of salt, and add the chopped pieces. Let it come to a boil on medium flame.

5. As soon as it comes to a boil, let it boil on low to medium flame for 6-7 minutes to cook it 70%.

6. Now, filter out the extra water.

7. Put a pan on the gas on medium flame, and when it gets hot, pour 1 tbsp of olive oil, and add the chopped pieces. Stir and add a pinch of salt and 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder. Mix well, and cook on low to medium flame for 5 minutes.

8. After 5 minutes, add the following finely chopped veggies: onion, capsicum, tomato, and green chilli, and keep aside the coriander leaves for now, as we will add them later. Stir, and cook on medium flame for 2 minutes. You can also add other veggies such as Broccoli, Corn, etc.

9. After cooking the veggies for 2 minutes, add 1 tsp Oregano, 1/4 tsp Black pepper powder, 1/2 tsp Chaat Masala, 1 tsp Soya Sauce, and 1 tsp Tomato Ketchup. You can also add 1.5 tsp of Garlic powder if you have it or prefer to.

10. Mix everything well, and cook on low to medium flame for 3-4 minutes. Add the chopped coriander leaves now. Mix well and cook for 1-2 minutes now.
