Banana Smoothie Recipe Ingredients

-3 Ripe Bananas (peeled and cut into large pieces)

-4 Dates (with the seeds removed, for natural sweetness)

-Approximately 3 cups of Coconut Milk (use homemade coconut milk or unsweetened one)

-Dry Fruits (Cashews, almonds, and raisins, for optional garnish)

How To Make a Coconut Milk Banana Smoothie Recipe

1. Prepare the Blender: Take a large blending or grinding jar.

2. Add Ingredients: Transfer the cut bananas and the de-seeded dates into the blender jar. The dates are used to provide all the necessary sweetness.

3. Pour Milk: Add about 3 cups of coconut milk to the jar. This is homemade Coconut Milk. I suggest you use the same one, as it will be far healthier.

4. Blend: Secure the lid and blend all the ingredients thoroughly until the mixture is completely smooth and reaches a perfect, creamy consistency.

5. Serve: Pour the freshly blended smoothie into a glass.

6. Garnish (Optional): Garnish the top of the smoothie with chopped dry fruits, such as cashews, almonds, or raisins, before serving.
