The crunchy and crispy corn chaat is made of fried corn kernels, veggies, and spices. It is a trendy vegetarian starter snack in restaurants. It is one of my favorite starter recipes, and I love making this. This crispy corn recipe is a very quick and easy-to-make snack recipe that tastes amazing and will be loved by your family as a tea-time or movie-night snack.

Corn Fry Recipe Ingredients
- 1 cup Frozen corn
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp corn flour
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1-2 tsp water
- Oil for frying
- 1 tsp chaat masala
- 1 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1 onion
- spring onion
- 1 green chilli
- coriander leaves
- 1 tomato
- lemon juice
How To Make Crispy Corn Chaat (Step-by-Step)
1. We will take 1 cup of Frozen corn to make Crispy corn chaat.
2. Boil it for a minute. After it boils, cook it for a minute. The corn kernels will come up. Turn off the flame and sieve to remove the water. We do not need to dry the corn.
3. Transfer the corn to a mixing bowl. Add ½ tsp salt, 2 tbsp corn flour, and 1 tbsp all-purpose flour. Mix everything well.
4. Add 1-2 tsp water and mix well. The corn would be coated well with the mixture.
5. Take oil for frying in a Kadai. Heat it on medium flame.
6. Add all the corn to the Kadai and fry on low to medium flame. Beware, that while frying, the corn may burst and the oil will splash and burn your face so either maintain a safe distance or cover it with a lid.
7. Continue to fry the corn and turn the flame to high—sieve to remove the excess oil once the corn gets fried.
8. Fry the remaining corn in batches and transfer to a bowl.
9. Add ½ tsp salt, 1 tsp chaat masala, and 1 tsp Red chilli powder. Toss the bowl to mix the spices very well.
10. Finely chop and add the following veggies to the bowl: 1 onion, spring onion, green chilli, coriander leaves, 1 tomato, and lemon juice.
11. Mix everything well together using a spoon.
The super crispy and super crunchy corn fry is ready. Enjoy this delicious veg starter snack.
