These easy Eggless Pancakes are a favorite breakfast for my husband and me, so we started the new year by making this special recipe using milk. Pancake Flavors
There are numerous varieties and variations of pancakes that can be made, such as plain pancakes without any flavor, which are simply made with milk, eggs, all-purpose flour, and baking powder. There are also other flavors of pancakes, like chocolate pancakes made with chocolate chips, banana pancakes made with mashed bananas, blueberry pancakes made with fresh blueberries, and many more.
For topping the pancakes, you can use butter, chocolate chips, chocolate syrup, honey, whipped cream, nuts, ice cream, and fresh fruits. No matter what variety of pancakes you make or the toppings used, they always taste delicious. In this simple pancake recipe, I’ve added vanilla essence to give it more flavor.

Eggless Pancake Recipe Ingredients
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 tbsp cream/condensed milk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 tsp baking soda
- butter
- 2 tsp honey
- 2 cherry(optional)
How to Make Pancakes Without Eggs
Making Pancake Batter
1. Take a mixing bowl and add 2 tbsp butter with 4 tbsp fresh cream. If you don’t have fresh cream available, then you can use condensed milk too. You can also completely skip using fresh cream or condensed milk, but if it’s available, then do use it.

2. Use a hand whisk and whisk it to mix butter and cream very well.

3. Next, add 1 cup of all-purpose flour and 3/4 cup of powdered sugar(To make powdered sugar, grind sugar in a grinding jar).

4. Take whole milk and gradually start adding milk in small amounts to make the batter. We will only use the milk as required until the batter has the desired consistency. Use full-fat or whole milk to make the pancakes.

5. Add 1 tsp vanilla essence for flavor and also 1 tsp baking soda.

6. Add more milk and prepare a smooth lump-free flowing batter so that the desired consistency for making the Pancakes is achieved as shown below. In total, I used 4/5 cups of milk.

7. Heat a pan on low to medium flame and grease the pan with butter using a brush.

8. Add one ladle of batter in the middle of the pan and cover it. Cook it on a low flame. The batter will spread and take a round shape.

9. Cook until you see bubbles forming on the top. Now, flip it carefully to the other side. At this stage, you can either cover it or cook without covering it.

10. As you can see below, the bottom side is already cooked and has a nice golden brown color. Cook the other side as well till it gets the same color.

11. Cook all the pancakes in the same manner. Our fluffy pancakes are ready. Now, we will proceed to garnish them to make them look more tempting.

12. Garnish the pancakes with honey and cherries. You can also garnish it with chocolate syrup and nuts, or however you like. Enjoy your homemade soft eggless pancakes.

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 tbsp cream/condensed milk

- Add milk until you get the desired consistency.
- Heat a pan and grease it with butter.
- Add 2 tbsp of batter and cook on low flame until it turns golden brown on both sides.
- Garnish with honey and cherry(optional). Enjoy.
