How To Make Raita with Cucumber
1. To make Cucumber Raita, take 2 medium-sized cucumbers. Wash them properly. Now, cut a small piece from one side and rub it so that the bitterness goes away.

2. Next, peel the outer layer, cut it in half, and scoop out the seeds with a knife.

3. Take a grater and grate the cucumbers. Don’t use the small side; use a grater with large holes.

4. Take a bowl, and add a cup of Fresh Curd. I’ve shared the Homemade Curd recipe that you can check out.

5. Now, using a hand whisker, whisk the curd into a smooth paste. If the Curd is very thick, you can add a little bit of water.

6. Add the grated cucumber to the bowl, add 1/4 tsp of Kali Mirch powder, 1 tsp roasted Jeera Powder, salt to taste, 1 tsp Black salt, 1 tsp finely chopped Hari Mirch, 1 tbsp finely chopped green coriander leaves, and 1 tsp finely chopped fresh Mint leaves.

7. Mix everything well. After mixing, refrigerate it for half an hour or 1 hour, as it enhances the taste even more.

8. Garnish with roasted cumin powder, Kashmiri red chilli powder, and fresh mint leaves.

9. The flavorful Cucumber Raita is ready now.

10. Serve with Biryani and Enjoy!
