The juice contains Vitamins A, B6, C, and K. It also has antioxidants and anti-inflammatory benefits. It contains nutrients and minerals such as Zinc, Potassium, and iron and also is very light which is good for weight management. It is very healthy and some of its health benefits are as follows:

ABC Juice Ingredients
- 1 peeled and chopped beetroot
- 1 peeled and chopped carrot
- 1 chopped Apple
- 1 inch chopped ginger
- 1 cup water
You can also add honey, lemon juice, salt, or sugar to taste.
How to make ABC Juice
1. To make ABC Juice at home, Peel and Chop 1/2 cup beetroot, and add to the grinding jar.

2. Peel and chop 1/2 cup carrot, and add to the grinding jar.

3. Peel and chop 1/2 cup of Apple, and add to the grinding jar.

4. Chop 1 inch Ginger and add to the grinding jar. It has antioxidants and helps with digestion and bloating.

5. Add 1 tbsp lemon juice to the jar.

6. Add 1 cup water to the grinding jar.

7. Grind it for 5 minutes till we get a fine thick juice-like consistency.

8. Strain the mixture in a bowl through a fine sieve.

9. The ABC juice is ready to serve.

10. Pour it into a glass for serving.

Drink it every morning.
