  • Chana for powder – You can take as much quantity as you want.
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1/2 tsp black salt, and water for sattu drink

How to make Sattu Powder at home

1) Take Roasted Chana. I took around 5 cups.

2) Add them to a grinder and grind them to make a fine powder.

Sattu Drink – Sattu Powder Protein Shake

1) To drink, Add 2 tbsp powder to a glass.

2) Add 1 tbsp lemon juice.

3) Add 1/2 tsp black salt.

4) Add water and mix well. You can also use milk in place of water.
