In today’s world, many people are going through eye problems. They are forced to wear specs. Not only adults, but kids are also facing the same issue. Leading a sedentary lifestyle, not having a good diet, and being glued to mobile screens and TV are causing vision-related problems in kids and adults both. Recently, I went for a routine eye checkup and I was shocked to see that the number of kids who came for eye checkups was thrice the number of adults in the clinic. The kids were aged around 4-6 years and some had major eye issues at this age only even though their parents seemed to have no eyes-related issues. This made me think to come up with a solution to rectify the eye issues that most of us are going through. I have developed this home remedy to improve eyesight without glasses. With the help of this powder and taking it regularly, the vision will improve and it can be taken by both adults and kids. Do not skip any ingredient in this recipe as they all will not only heal eyesight but also help with other weaknesses in the body. This home remedy uses the ingredients which have been used in India since the ages of Ayurveda. It will not only cure eyesight naturally but also improve vision and get rid of eyeglasses permanently.

Ingredients to Improve Eyesight
- 1/2 cup fennel seeds
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 1 cup almonds
- 1/4 cup cashew
- 2 cups fox nuts
- 200 gm sugar candy (dhaga mishri)
- 1 tbsp cardamom powder
- 1 tsp saffron
- 1/2 glass milk
How to Make Home Remedy Drink to Cure Eyesight
1. Take 1/2 cup of fennel seeds. Fennel seeds have compounds that protect eye cells and also help with conjunctivitis and cataracts.
2. Heat a pan on low flame and add the fennel seeds. Dry roast it on low flame until it gives a nice aroma.
3. Add 1 tbsp black pepper. Black Pepper has piperine that helps the eyes indirectly.
4. Dry roast it with fennel and take them aise in a separate bowl.
5. Add 1 cup of almonds to the same pan and dry roast it on low flame. Almonds have so many benefits as they contain vitamins, Omega-3 fatty acids, fiber that helps with diabetes, and carotenoids that acts as a natural blue light filter.
6. Once cracks appear on the almonds, add 1/4 cup cashew and dry roast it with almonds. Cashews contains Vitamins A & E, proteins, that helps with cataract and blue light.
7. Once they are roasted well, take them out in the same bowl.
8. Add 2 cups of fox nuts to the same pan and dry roast on low flame. Fox nuts are a good source of vitamins, minerals, and nutrients and improve our overall health.
9. Once it becomes crisp, take it out in a separate bowl.
10. Take a grinding jar and add the roasted fennel seeds, black pepper, almonds, and cashews.
11. Grind until you get a fine powder-like consistency.
12. Add the roasted fox nuts to the same grinding jar.
13. Grind until you get the same fine powder-like consistency. There would be a few large pieces left. Ignore them for now.
14. Strain the powder to remove the large pieces from the powder.
15. Remove the leftovers and keep them in a separate bowl. We will grind them again.
16. The fine powder is ready. Keep it aside for now.
17. Take a grinding jar and add the leftover pieces. Don’t grind it just now as we have to add a few more ingredients.
18. Take 200 gm of sugar candy. Sugar candy is highly recommended in Ayurveda for eyes.
19. Make sure to not take the diamond cut-shaped mishri.
20. Add the sugar candy to the grinding jar with the leftover pieces. Next, add 1 tbsp cardamom powder and 1 tsp saffron. Saffron helps with improving vision, enhances the function of the retina, and also protects against blue light.
21. Grind it until you get a fine powder-like consistency.
22. Strain it in the same bowl.
23. Add the leftover pieces to the grinding jar again and grind it.
24. Strain it and add it to the same bowl. You can again grind the small leftover pieces or add them to the powder as it is.
25. Mix it well using a spoon.
26. Take 1/2 glass of lukewarm milk. Milk is also a good source of many nutrients like protein and calcium that are essential for eyes. It helps the cells and nerves function in the eyes. If you are vegan, you can use almond or soy milk.
27. Take 1 tbsp of powder and add it to the milk. Mix well and Drink it every morning.
28. Take an Airtight container and add the powder to it. You can store it for 2 months if you keep it outside and if you refrigerate it, then you can use it for 6-8 months.

How to Improve Eyesight
Ingredients

- 1 cup almonds(badam)
- 1/4 cup cashew(kaju)
- 2 cup fox nuts(makhana)
- 200 gm Sugar Candy(Dhaga Mishri)
- 1 tbsp cardamom powder
- 1 tsp saffron
- 1/2 glass milk
Instructions
- Heat a pan on low flame and add the fennel seeds. Dry roast it on low flame until it gives a nice aroma.
- Add 1 tbsp black pepper and dry roast it with fennel and take them in a separate bowl.
- Add almonds and dry roast until cracks appear.
- Add cashew and dry roast it with almonds. Take them asie in the same bowl.
- Add fox nuts and dry roast on low flame to make them crisp
- Take a grinding jar and add everything in it. Grind til you get a fine powder like consistency.
- Strain it and grind the large pieces again to a fine powder-like consistency
- Take 200 gm Sugar candy and add it to the jar. Add 1 tbsp cardamom powder and 1 tsp saffron and grind them with the leftover pieces.
- Add the powder to the bowl. Mix it well.
- Store in an airtight container.
- For drinking, Mix 1 tbsp of powder with lukewarm milk in the morning or bedtime.
