Aloo Pyaz Pakora Ingredients
- -2 cups of finely chopped Onions
- -1 cup finely chopped Potatoes
- -¼ cup finely chopped Green Coriander leaves
- -2-3 finely chopped Green Chilli
- -½ tsp cumin seeds
- -salt to taste
- -½ tsp Kashmiri Red chilli powder
- -½ tsp Haldi Powder
- -1.5 cups of Besan
How To Make Potato & Onion Pakora
1. Take a large mixing bowl. Add 2 cups of finely chopped Onions.
2. Add 1 cup finely chopped Potatoes.
3. Add ¼ cup of finely chopped Green Coriander leaves, and 2-3 finely chopped Green Chilli.
4. Add ½ tsp cumin seeds, salt to taste, ½ tsp Kashmiri Red chilli powder, and ½ tsp Haldi Powder.
5. Now, add 1.5 cups of Besan and mix everything well.
6. We do not require adding water to the mixture as the vegetables will leave water while mixing, which will help with the binding. Take a tablespoon of mixture and give it a Pakora-like shape.
7. Heat oil in a Kadai to fry the Pakora. I usually prefer Mustard oil for frying. You can use any of them as you like. When the oil gets hot, add the Pakora and fry it on medium to high flame.
8. Flip to the other side once one side gets fried.
9. Fry all the Pakoras in the same manner until they get crispy and golden brown in color. Take them out of the oil using a strainer and place them on tissue paper.
10. Sprinkle some chaat masala on the Pakoras.
11. Serve with a hot cup of tea and spicy Green Chutney.
Enjoy the crispy and delicious Aloo Pyaz Pakora.
