Ingredients
- 1-liter water
- 2 cups fresh corn
How to Make Frozen Sweet Corn
1. First, to make frozen corn at home, take 1 liter of water in a pot. Heat it on high flame.
2. Take fresh corn and keep it aside. You can buy fresh corn from the market at a very low rate when it’s in the season.
3. When the water is heated, add the fresh corn to the pot and let it cook. Stir often.
4. As the corn gets cooked, it rises up and reaches the top.
5. Stir and let the corn come on top.
6. As the water comes to a boil, let the corn boil for 7 minutes on a high flame. Stir in between.
7. After 7 minutes, the homemade sweet corn is ready.
8. Now, strain it through a sieve.
9. Your homemade corn is ready.
10. Let it cool and then store it in a ziplock freezer bag. You can use it for up to 1 year and use it in all seasons in various dishes.
