What’s Mango Kulfi

Mango kulfi is a variant of Kulfi that is made quickly and instead of using condensed milk, Rabri, and mawa, I’ll show you a quick and easy method to make Mango kulfi in a blender using boiled cold milk, cream, and sugar. It is different from Mango Ice cream as Ice cream is softer and lighter in texture and simply melts in the mouth, whereas mango kulfi is denser. For this recipe, you can use any type of mango that is sweet and easily available in the market like Kesar, Dasheri, Langra, and Alphonso. For extra flavor, you can also add cardamom powder or skip it altogether.

I’ve also shared Malai Kulfi and Simple Kulfi Recipe without condensed milk which is so creamy and delicious and gives you that melt-in-the-mouth feel. Also, check out my Ice cream recipes such as Vanilla Ice cream, Rajbhog Ice cream, and the Royal Kesar Pista Malai Kulfi ice cream.
