How To Make High Protein Pizza
1. To make the High Protein Pizza, take 200 g of dry Mung Dal.

2. Soak the Mung Dal overnight or for 4-5 hours. This quantity is enough to make at least 2 Pizzas.

3. After soaking for 4-5 hours, properly wash the Dal 2-3 times.

4. Now, add the Dal to a grinding jar; also add 100 g Curd and a little water.

5. Grind to a paste-like consistency.

6. Transfer it to a large bowl. Add salt to taste, 1 tsp chilli flakes, and 2 tsp Oregano for flavor.

7. Now mix everything well. The batter is ready.

8. Take a non-stick pan, warm it slightly, and grease it with a little Desi ghee.

9. Now, pour half of the batter and spread it evenly in the Pan.

10. Now, as soon as it gets roasted a little, we will flip it to the other side and apply Ghee over it.

11. Now, we will keep flipping and cook the batter until it gets crispy, and our High Protein and Homemade Pizza Base is ready.

12. Now, we will proceed to bake the Pizza; keep the base on the plate and spread pizza sauce over it.

13. Spread Mozzarella cheese over the sauce. I’ve used 40-50 g of cheese to make one pizza.

14. Now, decorate with the veggies of your choice, such as olives, onions, tomatoes, capsicums, corn, and 70-80 g of low-fat paneer (seasoned with pizza sauce). Now, add more mozzarella cheese again.

15. Bake in an air fryer for 6-7 minutes until the cheese melts.

16. Our high-protein Pizza is fully baked now.

17. Garnish with chilli flakes and oregano.

18. Serve Hot.

Enjoy it guilt-free!
